The elete IS STILL THE BEST EVER! Many, many people ask me about cramping and dehydration and the key is elete. I don't want to stop using it. It is just incredible how it helps your body!

I was on a recent hike with one of our local clubs. We gained over 4000 feet elevation and I started cramping up at the summit. I was really concerned about getting off that mountain. After all, I had a full quart of Gatorade®* in my water bladder. A fellow hiker had some elete™ with him and gave me a drink, probably about a half pint. I kid you not when I tell you that the cramps instantly went away and I was able to continue on. I firmly believe in this drink and will use it from now on.

First of all, thank you for letting me field your product on this deployment.
In a country that doesn't drink water, but only tea, hydration is a large problem. Before receiving elete™ Electrolyte Add-In, I would see at least four to five heat-related patients a day. For each person, I would use the standard 2,000 ml LR and packs of ORS [Oral Rehydration Solution] salts, but would see the same guys back. After I started using elete™ Electrolytes, my numbers have dropped significantly. I've saved on I.V. fluids. The soldiers are more active quicker and longer [hydrating with elete™] than with traditional means. I attribute this not only to the solution itself [elete™] but to it's drink-ability. People will not use something if they don't like the taste.
I started using [elete™] this product during the extreme time during the acclimatization period. Coming from Washington state to Afghanistan in July was tough on my soldiers. Since using the elete™ Electrolytes, I haven't had one heat-related patient, and my infantry soldiers still come back for more. They use it on long missions, in the gym, and even during long maintenance days in the motor pool. Since I've had each soldier in my company carry one bottle in their pocket at all times, I have not had one person go down. Thank you elete™ Electrolytes for helping me preserve the fighting strength of my unit.

To whom it may concern:
You may not realize this, but one of the challenges for patients with Cystic Fibrosis is salt loss due to its root defect: a problem with the sodium ion exchange in the mucous membranes. Our son (who is 8 now) struggled with horrible leg cramps for many years, especially when he would run and play, or simply sweat in the Arizona heat. Gatorade®* and bananas were OK, but at his size, he could not drink the amount necessary to keep his electrolyte levels up. That was before we found elete™. Now, we can adjust the amount of electrolytes he receives based on the situation. I am trying to find a good way to get the word out to CF patients and their parents about this product.

I just wanted to let you know that I just won my first U.S. National Road Racing Championship in Louisville, KY this week using elete™ electrolyte drops. It was the first time using them and I thought you would be happy to know that I really feel it helped me stave off cramps in the final few miles!
Over the past couple of years I have developed cramps during intense exercise more frequently. So, the morning of the National Championship Road Race I grabbed my elete™ Electrolyte drops and added them to all of my bottles. Everything was on the line that day, and I was looking not only for any advantage but also to avoid any potential trouble!
As the race began, the usually warm, muggy Louisville temperatures had given way to a quite mild 70 degrees. Cramping was the last thing on my mind at that point, but with 16 miles to go in the 60-mile race against the best in the country, I attacked. My legs felt great and the miles flew by! Up and down the rolling terrain. Around the curves and through the corners I raced. All that stood between victory and me was a couple of hills. The race official drove up to me and notified me that I had a 50-second lead. I turned up the last big hill when it happened. Both quads cramps simultaneously. Panic set in as I thought I might lose the lead. A couple of light pedal strokes, a quick drink of water and my legs loosened up—a close call indeed. It’s times like that you appreciate taking the small steps towards victory. Racing up to the finish line it finally hit me when I heard the announcer say, "Here comes your new National Champion, Mike Onkels!"
Thanks elete for helping me in my win!

I like to play really hard - ski patrol, hiking, biking, soccer. For years, every time I'd do a long activity, I would end up with a massive dehydration headache and basically sleep for the rest of the day. I drank tons of water and Gatorade®*, but it never helped. Almost every day that I patrolled, I would come home with the same headache. A friend gave me a sample of elete™ to try, and it was incredible. I use it in my hydration system every time I ski/hike/bike now, and since I've started, I have never gotten a headache! I used to drink 200 oz. or more on a long hike to try to avoid the headache, but now I can get away with about half that! I did an eight-hour hike today (in Utah in July) and felt great with under 100 oz. of water + elete™. (The physiology of it is very legitimate: a hypotonic solution like plain H20 causes dehydrated brain cells to swell up inside the skull = headache!, but an isotonic solution like elete™-water allows for rehydration)!
Thank you for inventing it!

We recommend elete and Tablytes to all of our Bikram Yoga students. elete electrolytes are the most powerful and pure electrolytes we have ever found. Consuming sugary sports drinks in our 105-degree room can make your body feel sick, so it is discouraged. Practicing Bikram Yoga causes the body to sweat out these essential electrolytes, and most people do not get enough nutrition from their food to replace them. The students who introduce elete™ into their practice always tell us, 'Wow, what a difference elete makes! [It]...helps with nausea, dizziness, headaches, stamina, and energy!'

In my practice, I treat many patients whose medications lower sodium as a side effect. This type of hyponatremia is very difficult to manage and can lead to dangerously low-sodium levels when [and] if they drink plain water. elete™ is a remarkable product that has almost single-handedly solved this problem. I can recommend its use and encourage my patients to return to a normal fluid intake (rather than restrict fluids to manage their low sodium level) and not have to worry about excessive caloric intake. Thanks so much for a wonderful product!!"

I used elete Electrolyte Add-In samples again in a 75-mile race on Saturday and qualified for the Empire State Games. I'm only a cat 4 and was racing against 1's and 2's. Couldn't have done it if I had cramped up. This stuff is awesome. I told all my teammates to order some-but I'm not telling any of the other teams about it.

I have been using elete electrolytes in my water bottles during training andraces for the 2007 season, and I have yet to feel even a hint of cramping. Usually, I begin to get the telltale tinges in my calves late in a race, but apparently elete add-in has got that taken care of! If people comment about how crusty and salty you look after a ride, I would not hesitate to give this stuff a try. In fact, I would order some ASAP! With the hot summer months approaching, I am grateful to have such a fine quality product in my arsenal. Selfishly, I kind of hope that some of my crusty competitors don't find out about elete add-in.

I will be racing with the Sienna Development team this coming year and will be sponsored by elete electrolytes. I had never tried elete electrolytes until a few months ago. I have always had problems with cramping in races and have never seemed to be able to get over it. Once I started using elete electrolytes, I noticed that they were occurring later in my workouts or races. Now I have dialed in my drops per bottle, and I have been doing great. Even in national caliber events I am able to make it through without cramping. I will use elete electrolytes forever. Thank you for such a great, easy-to-use product!

Love elete! I put in it my water all the time, not just for events. Sugary electrolyte replacements upset my stomach and leave a sticky coating on my teeth, and elete leaves water tasting clean. elete™’s mild salty flavor is a perfect replacement. I hear that some people even use it to salt their vegetables...: ) Also, a fine fringe benefit: It works great as a hangover cure.

I like it. Great for stage races.

Please bring them back, I really like the stuff. I've never liked the taste of the sugary stuff, and the salty taste of elete is barely noticeable. I usually mix it with water for the rides, and iced tea for recovery drinks.

I had used it at Super Week and did not get ONE cramp. We had some really hot days too!
I used to get cramps often. I some times just eat some salt and it seems to do the trick. But on longer rides it’s not so easy to bring salt packets. Drinking the elete™ water is easier to do. Just drop some drops in the bottle and you are good to go.
But after my cramps at Saturday’s Elk Grove, I realized that sometimes hard effort can make me cramp, not just hot days. I opened up the little bottle and drank some that night in my water. I did really well the next day and had agreat Sunday race. No 'recurring' cramps.
I really think it works. I like it. But it tastes like sweat. I put it in with my ultra fuel.

I use elete in my water, straight up. I’m not a big fan of sweet crap in my bottles. It has helped me from bonking, especially in the AZ heat. I use it practically every weekend and would be worried to go without. That's my 2 cents. I love the stuff.

July 2003: 15 kids ended up on IV transfusion after trekking through Wyoming. Dehydration was rampant from mild to severe. Multiple youth were taken off the handcart trail and shuttled to base camps with heat exhaustion.
July 2006: average trail temperature in Wyoming was 102 degrees. 260 teenagers pulled handcarts 27 miles. elete was in every water container. Two kids dropped with exhaustion. No IV’s were administered. No dehydration. Youth and adults are solid on elete™. The difference between Gatorade®* and elete is incomparable. Our experience is phenomenal!

Thank you for getting your product sent out to me. I used it immediately and thank God when I went to bed that night no muscle spasms. Last night I worked long hours and my feet and legs were hurting. Usually I get excruciating spasms after a night like this and again your product came to the rescue not a single spasm. Will continue to use this...thanks again...

Again, I/we can't thank you and elete enough. It has been a long, hot summer here in Chicago - perfect for preparing for the Sahara Race coming up in three weeks (Note: The Sahara Race is a self-supported foot race across 150 miles(250 kilometers) of the Sahara Desert in Egypt.) We have slurped our way through the entire box of products you sent. The real testimonial is from my wife, Nancy. After years of stomach issues, going through every supplement you can think of, and talking to a number of doctors, I stumbled on an elete in a triathlete magazine. I contacted elete, and you were prompt in getting back to me and offering to send product for us to try. My wife has had incredible success using elete. Our running programs typically include multiple 2.5 to 4 hour runs each week, often in the middle of the day (In case you didn't know, Chicago had over thirty days of 90+ degree weather this past summer—we ran through it all). elete has been the main staple of our training table—both prior to and during an event. With all the run-specific training, Nancy and I haven't had a lot of time to train for triathlons, but in the 1/2 Ironman we did do this summer, I was a few seconds off my PR and Nancy was within minutes of hers. We changed our hydration strategy and took water bottles filled with elete instead of other products we've used. Since that race, our run mileage has gone up and we are peaking for the 9/25/05 start of the Sahara Race. We continue training with elete and will carry and use it in Egypt on a daily basis. We look forward to being good representatives of your product and will push the limits to come home champions.

My personal cycling goal of riding 100 miles in one day had been eluding me since I'd gotten back into cycling 6 years ago. The reason is leg cramps. Either my knees or thighs would cramp so badly around 50-60 miles that I would have to stop in the middle of the road and could not move for several minutes. Besides being totally embarrassed, it was extremely dangerous straddling the bike and not being able to move. On more that one occasion, this situation resulted in stares and very interesting comments that I'd better not repeat here. Recently I was reading a magazine and saw the elete ad. The thing that caught my eye was it said it could prevent cramps. I checked out the website and read the testimonials. After reading each one I decided to give it a try. I ordered the packets for the 70-100 oz. bladders. There was a local one day event that had a 100 mile route as one of the options. I decided this was it. If it's gonna work, it gotta work NOW! My daughter and I decided to do the 100 mile route. I filled the bladder and started sipping approximately 30 minutes prior to the event. At about 60 miles, my legs felt like they had been riding for 60 miles but still no cramps. Several times I felt as if a cramp were about to prevent me from reaching my goal. I'd just take a sip or two and no cramp! When we finished, we knew we'd ridden 100 miles but no cramps. I was ready for my big event of the year. Five consecutive days on the bike during DALMAC. Lansing to Mackinaw City. Approximately 350 miles. Heat, head winds and leg-burning climbs. Guess what...no cramps! I am convinced your product works and helped me reach my century goal. Thank you!!!

I am currently a track and field sprinter running the one hundred and two hundred meters, training for the next olympic games. I have recently been incorporating elete into my daily training and have seen great results. Training six days a week on the hot track surface and pushing my body to the limit, hydration becomes an important factor. Taking elete has kept me hydrated as well as helped me be able to finish my workouts with the same energy that I started them with. As a focused and determined athlete, I recommend anyone at any level of training to incorporate elete™ into your workouts and become an elete athlete.

The proof of the product is in the results. Last weekend, I participated in the Southern Lights 24-7 at Athens, GA as a solo female. I must say I didn't do too shabby. First place women's solo with 3 laps on the second place female and 4th place with the male soloists. elete™ water helps me to acheive this level of performance. First, by providing the necessary electrolytes needed to perform at this level and to keep me hydrated. Second, it has no taste like other sweet beverages that make you feel dehydrated and thirsty, therefore I feel satisfied. I require less fluid consumption than I previously used to now that I use elete water. Now I can carry a single bottle per lap than that dreaded Camelback. Don't get me wrong, but after nearly 24 hours on the bike, it weighs a ton. Thank you again to all of those at elete, who support me and other fellow racers.

I promised myself that if elete actually helped relieve my cramping during long, hot bicycling events I would write. Not only has elete helped with cramp relief, it has completely stopped the occurrence of cramps. For the past couple of years I have had severe leg cramps toward the end of extended mileage bike events. To compensate for this, I found myself reducing speed/exertion to make sure I could complete the event. In June 2004, I crashed on a mountain descent due to cramps in my legs and arms, breaking my arm and adding to my collection of body scars. This year, using elete, I had no hint of cramps during that same event or any prior to it.

As I told you earlier, my wife's discovery of your product was the most important addition to my training, and allowed me to complete my latest endeavor without medical assistance. I've always been an outdoor activist, and I've done several 24-hour mountain bike events. I do the Birkie yearly, and I ride several century events each year. Since high school I've had a tendency to cramp, especially in warm weather. I also sweat profusely. In this, my fiftieth year, I decided to compete in over 500 miles of running and biking events. In one such event, 'The Horribly Hilly Hundred', I had to get sagged in secondary due to cramping, GI discomfort, and impending hypoglycemia. (I have also been an insulin-dependent diabetic for the past 22 years.) During my training for my first marathon I learned a lot about my physiology. I liked water the best, but I had problems on a daily basis with cramps—my fingers, my feet, major muscle groups, etc. Electrolyte drinks and powders were intolerable after about 17 miles. I spent four hours prostrate after the last 22-mile run of my build-up. I started to doubt that I could run a marathon. My wife found your product online. I added it to my drinking water, not only when I ran, but at work, during meals, and occasionally to my food. My sweat started to taste salty again, and my hands and feet stopped cramping. Water tasted good! I finished the marathon—close to my goal time, but more importantly, with no cramps and a gut that was functioning normally. My blood sugar was normal and I needed no medical assistance. Thank you! I'm giving your name to all my friends.

Ever since I started using elete, I have been amazed at the results for my long races and in-between competition of stage races. I think the key is getting the absorption of water into the system so that the body can clean itself of lactate. If you don't have that potassium, sodium, magnesium and chloride in your water, then you'll still get that 'bloated' feeling and end up urinating all the water out of the system. Also, I've added it to my drinks and I don't get muscle cramps even on the hottest of days. Finally, there is a product that doesn't have to have big-name athletes to endorse it or any high-end marketing techniques. Part of me doesn't want to tell the competition what my secret is but I think that the word is getting out. I've been waiting for this ever since I started racing!

I have been racing for 10 years and have always been a chronic cramper. I lost placings in many many races because of the cramping. I tried every solution under the sun—bananas, potatoes, salt supplements, every sports drink ever made—and nothing seemed to cure me. Some products seemed to extend the time I could ride before the cramps would start, but they did not prevent them. Last year a friend turned me on to elete. I have been using it ever since and I haven't had a cramping episode yet! I am convinced that your product is responsible for my success at leaving the cramps behind. This last weekend we did a 4 hour race. Without elete on board, I know I would have been battling the cramps and would probably have had to settle with a lesser result. Thank you for your support! Your product is great!

Just wanted to pass on some more kudos about elete water. It is so nice not to have cramps, which I have suffered with for 35 years, anymore. Not only do I not cramp up during a bike ride, but even more important I don't cramp after the ride in the evening, when I use your product. Last night I had a foot cramp that would not go away. I hadn't done any exercise at all during the day. What a blessing it was to go out to the garage and take a few swigs from my bike bottle with elete in it. In moments, my cramp was gone, and I went back to sleep.

Just letting you know that I am so TOTALLY happy with my previous purchase of elete™, that I am now going gung-ho and buying the 16 oz. bottle, which I wish I had done right from the start. Since using elete™, not only have my skin and hair been healthier, but no longer do my muscles and other partso f my body ache due to not drinking enough water in this dry Minnesota climateduring this time of the year. And most importantly, I'm not having to chug so much fluid anymore to feel the effects of being properly hydrated! THANK YOU!!

As a 24 Hour endurance mountain bike racer living in the desert, I am sometimes required to train in temperatures exceeding 105 degrees. Because of the extreme duration of training rides, races and temperatures, cramping is always a major concern. Until recently, I used a common electrolyte supplement capsule, which I broke apart and added to my liquid fuels. The results were okay, but the process of breaking apart the capsules was a hassle and the contents settled in the bottle unless constantly shaken. Through Interbike, I was immediately interested in the elete™ product. The concept was sound and as most good products are, quite simple — a highly potent electrolyte supplement, virtually untasteable and easy to mix in single dosage packets. Without the opportunity to experiment with the product before a national 24 Hour race (usually not a good idea), I used elete™ instead of my normal electrolyte supplement. With elete™ as a part of my nutritional plan, I had my first 24 Hour solo victory! Cramping was a non-issue and my pit crew liked elete™ because of its ease of use. elete™ is now a permanent part of my training and racing program. The results speak for themselves. When every advantage counts, counton elete™. I do! I am looking forward to even more success with elete™ next season.

First, I want to express my gratitude for your product elete and share with you the extreme results from my own experience as a professional body builder. I have been training for 27 years and have been awakened from a deep sleep in excruciating pain from cramping that would last for hours bringing tears to my eyes not to mention many hours of sleep deprivation. I can speak for many of those in my profession and state that this is a regular occurrence for body builders... all we could do was bear the pain. Now, thanks to elete™, I can genuinely say that I can take your product when I get a cramp, and VOILÀ, within fifteen minutes the cramping subsides, and I can go back to sleep. I just had an episode recently, and I was prepared with what I like to call a real MIRACLE for the body building profession. No more countless hours of lost sleep due to the strenuous regimen that posing in competition requires and the fact that I train daily. I'll never miss a beat in any competition now! I will share and recommend your product to every one I meet with great sincerity. IT WORKS!!!

I just wanted to drop you a short note. I tried your product for the first time two weeks ago and used it in a 125-mile adventure race last weekend in North Georgia. It was great. I hate the heavy salty taste of the other product I have used over the years. Our results were great—85 teams started, 69 dropped out, and we finished 6th. Obviously, it was a tough race. We were pleased with our finish because we were just doing it as a training event in preparation for a five-day race in Costa Rica at the end of February. I just ordered 4 more bottles to take with me! Thanks for the role your product played in our performance.

Thank you! I'm the drummer that contacted you shortly before the end of 2004 seeking relief from the most painful cramps in my thighs and occasionally in my handsand forearms that could be imagined. I'm a skeptic, but I was desperate for some help. I purchased elete™ and began hydrating early in the afternoon on the day of my performance. Much to my delight and amazement NO CRAMPS! None during the 4+ hour gig, and no unwelcome awakening out of a sound sleep or next morning leg cramps either. I wish I'd known of elete long ago. Believe me, I'll never go on stage without it again. Many thanks and my best regards.

All I can say is 'great product!!!' As well as superb customer service. I have noticed that in most of your reviews customers are either runners or bicycle riders. I am neither. What I do is off-road motorcycle riding. You may think, "why would I need cramp relief with a motor doing all of the work?" Well, riding off-road requires you to use your legs as shock absorbers, as a clamp to help you stay on the bike and not bounce off when standing, you use your legs and upper body muscles to move the bike around on tight trails when sitting, and your legs and feet are in an unnatural position for long periods of time. As you can see, we use our upper body as well as our legs quite extensively. On the extended rides I do, I will always start getting leg cramps after about 75 miles of riding—even sooner if the trails are tight, winding and bumpy. The cramps usually start in my ankle and work their way up into my calf and thighs. They get so bad I have to get off of my bike in pain to the point that I can't even stand and have to usually wait 15 minutes for the cramps to stop. Then the cramp cycle keeps repeating every half hour or less. But once I get them they never completely go away, they just subside until the next major cramp.
They were so bad, I was about ready to give up riding my bike off-road altogether. After doing a lot of research on cramps, I ran across some product endorsements for elete™. The claims I read stated that the elete supplement would completely eliminate cramps. I was of course somewhat skeptical but thought, what did I have to lose except a little money and if this stuff works half as well as the claims I was seeing, I would be in rider heaven. I just completed a 500 mile off-road ride starting in San Fernando Valley, CA, going off-road through the mountains and desert to Las Vegas, NV. At best I was hoping that the cramps I usually get would either be reduced in severity or at least postponed. Well let me tell you, not only DID I NOT get any cramps during the entire two-day ride, I never even got to the point to where I felt the muscles trying to tighten up. What a joy it was to go on a ride for the first time in many years without pain. Thank you, elete, for such a great product. It really saved me on the last ride I did, and I will now look forward to future rides, because now I can worry more about keeping my wheels on the ground and on the trail instead of the fear of the pains received from cramps. Bottom line is that I can't say enough about satisfaction I have for this stuff. It really is a miracle product. I also can't wait to try it the next time I play tournament Softball, another sport I always get cramps while playing.

First I want to say, 'I love you guys.' For ten years I have been going on century bike rides. The first one I went on, both calves cramped at the 50 mile mark. I was able to finish but going half the speed I had the potential of going. Ever since that first ride, no matter what I did I would always get cramps in my calves on every ride usually between the 60 and 75 mile mark. I felt frustrated seeing everyone pass me, knowing that I could go faster but wasn't able to because my legs were twitching getting ready to cramp or I was nursing a cramped leg.
I tried a lot of things to prevent cramping. I tried drinking more water, getting more sleep, eating bananas, using Icy Hot on my legs at rest stops. I bought biking shoes. Nothing worked. Two years ago, I went on the Las Vegas Century ride. My legs cramped so bad that I had to walk up some of the hills. This last week end I rode 110 miles at the Las Vegas Century again. I was concerned about my legs cramping but I thought this time maybe by a miracle it would be different.
I found that miracle. My bike was being tuned up at Guthries in Salt Lake. When I picked up my bike I saw your product. When the ad said this would stop cramping, I thought that this product is for me. I was skeptical at first thinking that this was another gimmick. I didn't have anything to lose so I purchased it. During the ride, I used it as directed. What can I say, I flew through the course. I had zero cramping, and zero twitching. It was the greatest feeling to be able to ride to my full potential instead of holding back. I cut off three hours from my time compared to two years ago. My average speed was 18 miles an hour, the fastest of any ride in the last ten years. Thank you!

Just wanted you to know that your product does work wonders. I have suffered from cramps my entire adult life. There have been time after skiing that the pain from the cramps has almost caused me to pass out. Once I started mountai nbiking I got cramps riding and long after the ride. Your product works, and although I have not rid myself entirely of cramps, I can make one go away quickly by taking a swig of elete. I have not tried it skiing yet but I assume it will work just as well.

This product saved my life in Moab. I cramped bad on lap 1, but 2, 3, and 4 no cramping. You have a customer for life. Thanks a lot.

Tried it before my first night lap and for the first time my legs didn’t cramp. Very impressive.

This stuff is great. It beats drinking Gatorade®*. No puking feeling.

Works great!

I really liked it. It is not sugary and the effect of hydration is a lot faster than Gatorade®* or any other sports drink.

Gave me a nice recovery energy boost. Thanks.

My thanks to elete. Because of your product and a lot of Holy Spirit from the Lord God Almighty, I was able to come in 10 minutes under the time. This allowed my teammates to get in one more lap. By the way, they filled their packs with elete also.

I have high blood pressure and my medication causes cramping by removing water from my system. elete saved my life during 24 hours of Moab. Not a single cramp, 3 laps.

I wish to thank you for elete. We are a military police company (Airborne) deployed to Iraq. Most of our days are spent patrolling roads, looking for IEDs (Improvised Explosive Devices) and mortar nests located along primary and secondary roads. Half of the Humvees don't have air-conditioning, and when we pull LPOPS (Listening and Observation Posts), we have to turn off the vehicle so we can listen for incoming rounds. At night with our doors combat locked, the only person who gets any breeze is the gunner located on top of the vehicle. Often, it will reach 120+ degrees. Needless to say, we end up drinking a lot of water at least 2 liters an hour. elete helps replenish our much needed demand [for electrolytes]. I've given elete to my unit, and I've had many of the men in my platoon and company ask me when I'll get more. Our medic gives the single-serving vials to people he treats for dehydration. He really appreciates those vials. I would just like to express my and a couple of hundred other guys' thanks because it's only going to get hotter here. Already, I can see a difference in those who use elete™ and those who drink water and Gatorade®*. Heck, most of the guys I know put elete™ in their Gatorade®*. Thanks again!
